We also know that many of you probably know other businesses that likely DO want to hire an outside agency like Buzzlead. This gives us the opportunity to show you our work, without locking you into any contracts or expensive recurring costs. We also have plans of building out own cold email softwares, which we also hope to one day service you on.

Do you offer support AFTER the handoff?
We do offer an extended support plan for business that want to continue running the system themselves, but need some guidance on how to continue optimizing cold email performance. Pricing for this depends on the scope of the work. For example, some clients will have us test out new scripts, some will continue having us build lead lists for them. Others want to have consulting calls periodically. We'll customize a very affordable plan for you based on what makes sense, without charging any expensive retainers.
Is the system compatible with our current CRM?
You DO NOT load cold lead lists into your CRM. You can but then your CRM will messy with a bunch of data that you do not need stored in house. You ONLY send cold emails from a cold email sending tool. Once a lead responds, you can automate that lead to be pushed into your CRM as an engaged lead to be followed up with. Therefore, it can work with any CRM that supports Make.com or Zapier.We can directly integrate your CRM via Make or Zapier.
How does this system ensure compliance with laws like GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations?
CAN-SPAM laws require the following:
1. A way to unsubscribe
2. Your business address in the email
